#1 Change Your Alarm Ringingtone
Change your alarm to your favorite song ever. What about that old house-party classic that finally got you up and dancing? Trust me you’ll bounce out of bed ready for the day ahead!

#2. Have a Good Breakfast

A good breakfast sets you up for the day. It makes you more energetic, smarter, productive. What makes a good breakfast? Dieticians recommend high fibre cereals with low fat milk, fresh fruit, wholegrain toast with baked beans, spaghetti, tomato or egg, and yoghurt.

#3 Pay attention to Answers
When you ask “how are you?”, actually listen to the answer.  It’s a throw-away question, and we don’t really pay attention to what people say in response.  But try to.  It’s supposed to lift your spirits, and help you connect.

#4 Call Someone
Call someone who makes you happy and helps you to ‘break-state’. These persons will remind you the great life exist out there despite your busy schedule. This is a enough motivation for the day.

#5 Positive Affirmations
Positive thinking can let you do things better than negative thinking. Look into the mirror and tell yourself, “I’m great!“, ” I can do it“,”I am the best of my kind!”, “I’m beautiful/handsome!” Even when you are asked “How are you?” Don’t just say “fine”  or “I’m OK.” How about saying “I’m full of life“, I’m super fantastic“, “I’m great“. Do this and you light up the stars in your world.
